BIODROGA MD CLEAR + 24h Care for impure/combination skin is suitable for the demanding skin because the creamy gel mattifies oily patches on the T zone (forehead, nose and chin) while providing the usually dry cheeks with sufficient oil and moisture.
To develop a nourishing cream that can achieve this requirement, the Research & Development team of BIODROGA had to develop a sophisticated formulation that can provide the skin with exactly the care it requires. The Derma Membrane Complex (DMC) is used as an alternative consistency factor instead of the classic W/O or O/W emulsifiers. Its structure and the formula with its skin-similar ingredients are in tune with human skin. Because DMC is modeled not only on the physical structure of the skin barrier layer but also on its membrane components, it can be considered ‘skin-similar’. It stabilizes the barrier effect and has outstanding compatibility with skin.
Salicylic acid targets impurities and cornification disorders and dissolves old skin flakes that clog pores.
D-panthenol soothes slight redness and irritations and prevents inflammatory processes.
Hyaluronic acid binds valuable moisture and stores this via a depot effect so that the skin appears fresh and nurtured.
Aloe vera extract binds moisture and has skin smoothing properties.
The CLEAR COMPLEX counteracts the spread of harmful bacteria, particularly Propionibacterium species which trigger skin impurities. At the same time the natural healthy skin flora is nurtured.
